Customer Control Screen

The other companies, who send order to Sentez Software Customers, follow their own orders on this panel.

The Sentez Software Customer have to complete the necessary identification procedures for using the panel by the customer who sent the order.

There's no chance to use customer control screen without completing the procedures.

After all definitions about customer and it's orders,customer can access the system through customer control screen and follow up the status of their orders.

If the user has privileges to access the parameters of the system, user can log on the parameters.
After definitions, the customers can only follow up their orders.

There are possibilities to make several reports.

Authorized user must select the piece-works that they want to see in detailed querry.

In piece-works, fixed numbers on the left side,needs to be placed for the detailed querry to be presented.

The selected numbers on the right side are selected according to the sorting of Piece-Works the tab on the SentezVogue program.

When the Summary is selected then Querry button is clicked on the homepage;
total order quantitiy, cutted quantity, planted quantity, shipment quantitiy of the orders will be shown.

Filtering can be done by Order No, Customer Order No, Style No, Order Date.

By clicking on the values on the report,it is possible to see the order details.

Detailed Querry Screen

When the Detail is selected then Querry button is clicked on the homepage; total order quantitiy and cutted quantity of the order will be shown.

Filtering can be done by Order No, Customer Order No, Style No, Order Date.

Detailed info of PieceWorks can be reached by the specified form in the parameters too.

Detailed quantity info on the basis of colour/size can be reached by clicking the numerical values.
